Just a quick one

We are heading out in the morning for a quick vacation, so I won’t be back until Monday.

I will exercise while I am gone.

20 miles

I made it.  20.1 miles of walking or jogging this week.  My legs are tired, but I am proud of myself.

I weighed myself this morning and the scale hasn’t budged.  I official weigh-in day is Monday, so there’s still time, but I think I have come to a realization:

I can exercise all I want, but until I start seriously watching what I eat, this weight is not going to go away.

Goals for next week:

  1. Log 15 miles 
  2. 2 days of some sort of weight training (I did none of that this week with the 2o miles.)
  3. Journal my food and count points.

Hope you all have a fantastic weekend.  I get to go on a chartered bus trip up to Chicago for a Cubs game tomorrow.  We’ll be watching from one of the rooftops.  Can’t wait!
