20 miles
I made it. 20.1 miles of walking or jogging this week. My legs are tired, but I am proud of myself.
I weighed myself this morning and the scale hasn’t budged. I official weigh-in day is Monday, so there’s still time, but I think I have come to a realization:
I can exercise all I want, but until I start seriously watching what I eat, this weight is not going to go away.
Goals for next week:
- Log 15 miles
- 2 days of some sort of weight training (I did none of that this week with the 2o miles.)
- Journal my food and count points.
Hope you all have a fantastic weekend. I get to go on a chartered bus trip up to Chicago for a Cubs game tomorrow. We’ll be watching from one of the rooftops. Can’t wait!

You are doing soooo good. Yes, it’s true, exercise is good for us but to lose the weight we have to watch what we it. Great point!
